About Celebration Institute
Founded in 1999, the Celebration Institute serves the interests of obese
people, their caregivers, and institutions in the health care area,
including expert legal consulting, risk management, and interdisciplinary
education.
About Susan Gallagher
Dr Susan Gallagher is an internationally-known expert. She has authored
over 75 articles published in peer-review journals as well as several
book chapters. She resides in Houston, Texas.
